NOVELTY - Conductive masterbatch comprises 1-30 wt.% nano-grade graphene, 1-20 wt.% carbon nanotube, 1-20 wt.% nano metal powder, 0-10 wt.% nano metal oxide powder, 1-30 wt.% nano-grade conductive carbon black, and substrate (remaining amount). USE - Used as conductive masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch: has excellent conductive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive masterbatch, comprising (i) packing nano-grade graphene, carbon nanotube, nano metal powder, nano metal oxide powder, nano-grade conductive carbon black, and substrate in a sealed container, (ii) setting at least one strong magnetic fields outside the sealed container, then electrifying the raw materials in sealed container, then rotating the magnetic field, stirring the raw materials in sealed container, and uniformly mixing the raw materials in sealed container to obtain the mixture, and (iii) placing the mixture into single-screw extruding device for mixing, extruding, and granulating to obtain the finished product.
