NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene/semiconductor photocatalytic filter film comprises mixing (pts.wt.) crystalline flake graphite (1-1.2) and sodium chloride (50-80), washing with water, drying, pouring into concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate (1.2-2), heating to 35-40 degrees C for 30 minutes, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain a graphene oxide ethanol solution; preparing a composite fibrous membrane using a spinning solution including a high molecular polymer, semiconductor precursor alcohol salt, and graphene oxide ethanol solution; and sintering. USE - Method for the preparation of a graphene/semiconductor photocatalytic filter film. ADVANTAGE - The filter film has improved photo- catalytic performance, and has potential application value in photo-catalysis and environment protection field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a graphene/semiconductor photocatalytic filter film comprises: (A) mixing (pts.wt.) crystalline flake graphite (1-1.2) and sodium chloride (50-80), washing with water, drying, pouring into concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 20-25 hours, dividing into 3-5 parts, respectively adding potassium permanganate (1.2-2), heating to 35-40 degrees C for 30 minutes, at 90-95 degrees C for 45 minutes, at 105-110 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain a brown liquid, acid washing using 10 wt.% hydrochloric acid, washing with water, washing with 10 wt.% absolute ethyl alcohol after 3-5 days to obtain a graphene oxide ethanol solution; (B) preparing graphene oxide/semiconductor composite fibrous membrane by configuring composite nanofiber spinning solution comprising a high molecular polymer, semiconductor precursor alcohol salt, graphene oxide ethanol solution, solvent, and acid additive, collecting composite fiber with a metal wheel receiver at a spinning static voltage of 12-18 kV, a flow speed of 0.1-1 mL/hour at 50-200 revolutions/minute at a humidity of 20-40%, where the high molecular polymer is 10-100mg/mL polyethylene pyrrolidone, the semiconductor precursor alcohol salt is 0.1-0.4 g/mL isopropyl titanate, aluminum acetylacetonate, or acetate, the solvent is ethanol, the acid additive is 2-8 mg/mL glacial acetic acid, and the adding proportion of 1 mg/mL graphene oxide ethanol solution in the spinning solution is 0.2-1.2 wt.%; and (C) spinning, and sintering at 400-780 (preferably 500) degrees C for 3-5 hours in nitrogen.
