NOVELTY - Preparing powder coating on surface of wood products with good conductivity involves pre-crushing epoxy resin, and then passing through 200-mesh screen; providing ultrasonication dispersant for graphene for 15-60 minutes to prepare dispersion slurry; mixing and grinding filler with silane coupling agent into slurry; adding obtained materials, photoinitiator, defoamer, leveling agent and curing agent to mixer, mixing for 20-30 minutes, and then transfer to material barrel; adding mixture in material barrel to twin-screw extruder, melting, mixing and extruding at 85-100 degrees C, cooling down, crushing, sieving, and then obtaining conductive powder coatings. USE - Method for preparing powder coating on surface of wood products with good conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The method is environment friendly and safe; provides fast curing speed; is effectively seal harmful substances in substrate; has high gloss and achieves good decorative purposes; has good adhesion, hardness, wear resistance and other physical and chemical properties.
