▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of separator involves forming a graphene film on surface of stainless steel in a film-forming apparatus by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition method. The temperature in the film-forming apparatus at the time of forming the graphene film is 323-473 K. USE - Manufacture of separator used for polymer electrolyte fuel cell. Uses include but are not limited to motor vehicle, bus, boats and ships, aircraft, and domestic appliances. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of separator having excellent electroconductivity and improved contact resistance value with gas diffusion layer.
