NOVELTY - Thermally conductive graphene film with vertical and in-plane thermal conductivity comprises three-dimensional porous structure inside, the difference of the porous structure in-plane thermal conductivity has a direct regulating effect, the difference in its porous structure is reflected in the anisotropic arrangement of pores, radial ratio 1-100, 0.1-10 mu m, and vertical and in-plane thermal conductivity is adjustable between 200-2100 W/mk. USE - Used as thermally conductive graphene film with vertical and in-plane thermal conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The method is energy saving and reduces emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermally conductive graphene film comprising (1) adding surfactant and solvent to graphene and auxiliary pore-forming particles to prepare graphene slurry and auxiliary pore-forming particle dispersion, mixing to prepare a composite slurry, forming a graphene composite film with a different arrangement structure through a coating process, (2) graphitizing graphite composite films with different arrangement structures at 500-2500 degrees C, making the pore-forming particles volatilize to obtain a three-dimensional porous graphene film with a loose structure and (3) calendaring three-dimensional porous graphene film with a loose structure to finally obtain a dense and thermally-different graphene film with a different structure.
