NOVELTY - Preparing high-performance graphene fiber involves dispersing graphene oxide in pure water at room temperature, and dispersing by ultrasonication for 2-3 hours to obtain an aqueous graphene oxide solution, and then using ionic liquid and para-diamine as a coagulant to oxidize the graphene aqueous solution. Graphene oxide fibers are prepared by a wet spinning. The graphene oxide fiber is dried at room temperature, treated with hydroiodic acid at a temperature of 60-80 degrees C, washed, and dried to obtain graphene fibers. USE - Method for preparing high-performance graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide simple and easy process, which is green and environment-friendly, cost is low, and industrial production is easy, graphene fibers has good far-infrared performance and is suppressed, and has antistatic properties, super heat preservation performance, and good application prospects in the field of textile and apparel.
