▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A porous ferroferric oxide powder comprises 28.40-30.60 wt.% starch, 6.10-7.30 wt.% wave-absorbing filler, 17.40-19.20 wt.% dispersing agent, and remaining ferric nitrate. USE - Porous ferroferric oxide powder. ADVANTAGE - The porous ferroferric oxide powder: has high dispersibility in aqueous solution; and adopts starch and ferric nitrate, which are combined to make porous activated carbon and ferroferric oxide composite materials, which can effectively strengthen the porous properties of ferroferric oxide, thus improving the microwave absorbing properties of ferroferric oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the porous ferroferric oxide powder, which involves: (1) weighing the above-mentioned components; (2) mixing raw materials of dispersing agent, ultrasonically treatment for 20-30 minutes, and then shaking in a water bath at 24degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours to obtain the dispersing agent; (3) adding ferric nitrate to deionized water to obtain ferric nitrate solution, adding starch, ultrasonically shaking for 6-8 minutes, reacting the mixture in a reactor at 230-250degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours, washing, and drying to obtain a solid product; (4) adding the solid product to an activation furnace, introducing carbon dioxide gas, increasing the temperature to 650-790degrees Celsius, heat-preserving for 1-3 hours, and then cooling to obtain a porous ferroferric oxide composite material; (5) adding the wave-absorbing filler to deionized water, and ultrasonically vibrating for 13-19 minutes to obtain a dispersion of wave-absorbing filler; (6) adding the porous ferroferric oxide composite material and the dispersing agent to the wave-absorbing filler dispersion, and ultrasonically treating for 8-10 minutes to obtain porous ferroferric oxide particle solution; and (7) separating the porous ferroferric oxide particle solution, washing 3-4 times with distilled water, then washing 4-5 times with absolute ethanol, then centrifuging at 65-68degrees Celsius, and vacuum drying for 4-6 hours.
