▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high-thermal-conductivity composite plastic filled with three-dimensional graphene, involves mechanically mixing three-dimensional graphene and surfactant, drying to obtain three-dimensional surface-modified graphene, heating a plastic substrate to 160-200 degrees C to obtain molten plastic substrate, mixing modified three-dimensional graphene and molten plastic substrate for 10-30 minutes, and pressing at 10-20 MPa. USE - Preparation of high-thermal-conductivity composite plastic filled with three-dimensional graphene, for use in heat exchangers (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method significantly improves the thermal conductivity of substrate by 8 times or more than that achieved when surface-modified three-dimensional graphene is not added, by addition of 300 wt.% of surface-modified three-dimensional graphene.
