NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced heat sealing material comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-8 pts. wt. aramid fiber, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 0.6-1.4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerant TT, 1-3 pts. wt. poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline), 1-3 pts. wt. N-Isopropyl-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, 2-6 pts. wt. resin and 2-4 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced heat sealing material. ADVANTAGE - The material has enhanced tensile strength, thermal conductivity, compression resilience and pressure resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heat sealing material, comprising (i) placing the nitrile rubber in a thin-pass mastication process on an open mill and kneading at 50-80 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, (ii) adding the plastic compound of step (i) with zinc oxide, calcium oxide, zinc stearate, N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, accelerator TT, poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline), N-Isopropyl-N'-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine, vinyl silicone resin and sulfur into the mixer in turn and mixing at 50-80 degrees C for 6-8 minutes, (iii) adding the aramid fiber to the rubber compound of step (ii) and kneading at 50-80 degrees C for 5-6 minutes, (iv) adding graphene to the rubber compound of step (iii) and kneading at 50-80 degrees C for 3-4 minutes, and (v) placing the complex rubber material of the step (iv) in a mold in a vulcanization apparatus, and performing a vulcanization treatment at 145-155 degrees C for 20-25 minutes and a vulcanization pressure of 11-13 Mpa to obtain final product.
