▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Solid solution nanocrystal (I) has a porous structure with stacking fault structure defects, is new. The preparation method is performed using precursor carbonization, where compounding of vulcanization and graphene oxide shell layer comprises (i) mixing 1-10 mmol cadmium chloride, 2.5 water, 1-10 mmol zinc chloride, 5- 100 mmol malonic acid, introducing in a glass bottle with a lid, introducing magnet, stirring, mixing in an oil bath at 60-120degrees Celsius for 0.1-1 hours to obtain a uniform and transparent liquid; (ii) transferring transparent liquid formed in step (i) into the porcelain ark, placing in a tube furnace, introducing 0.2-3 g sublimed sulfur to another porcelain ark into air stream upstream of the tube furnace, heating to 300-600degreesC at a rate of 1-10degreesC/minute under a nitrogen atmosphere, warming for 1-4 hours. USE - The solid solution nanocrystal is useful for visible light photocatalytic decomposition of seawater for producing hydrogen and in photocatalytic adsorption and degradation of organic pollutants in water. ADVANTAGE - The nanocrystal composite material has better photocatalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Solid solution nanocrystal of formula Cd1-xZnxS (I) has a porous structure with stacking fault structure defects, is new. The preparation method is performed using precursor carbonization, where the growth and compounding of vulcanization and graphene oxide shell layer comprises (i) mixing 1- 10 mmol cadmium chloride, 2.5 water, 1-10 mmol zinc chloride, 5- 100 mmol malonic acid, introducing in a glass bottle with a lid, introducing magnet, stirring, mixing in an oil bath at 60-120degrees Celsius for 0.1-1 hours to obtain a uniform and transparent liquid; (ii) transferring transparent liquid formed in step (i) into the porcelain ark, placing in a tube furnace, introducing 0.2-3 g sublimed sulfur to another porcelain ark into air stream upstream of the tube furnace, heating to 300-600degreesC at a rate of 1-10degreesC/minute under a nitrogen atmosphere, warming for 1-4 hours.
