NOVELTY - Coating comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-100 pts. wt. graphene/epoxy masterbatch, 10-50 pts. wt. diluents, and 1-5 pts. wt. additives, and component comprises 20-100 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is waterproof, and imparts excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to artificial aging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing coating, which involves adding epoxy resin to a mixer in accordance with the formula, adding graphene/epoxy parent materials, diluents, and additives, stirring uniformly at a speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 1-3 hours to obtain a dispensing components, and mixing the dispensing component with component B to obtain the final product; and (2) a method for preparing graphene/liquid resin masterbatch, which involves adding dried carbon nano body to the alcohol solvent, stirring to completely wet, and subjecting to ultrasonic high-speed mixing or shearing dispersion treatment to form a nano-carbon/alcohol suspension; adding nano-carbon/alcohol suspension to the liquid resin solution, and stirring for delamination, of alcohol solution and resin layer, where the upper layer is white to off-white low viscosity alcohol solution, and the lower layer is of black high viscosity material; separating the upper and lower material by using alcohol solution, and collecting the lower layer; and subjecting the collected material to heating vacuum drying to obtain a homogeneous carbon nano-dispersed composite resin paste, and collecting an alcohol solution of the upper layer, purifying by distillation, reusing after purification.
