▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a carbonaceous material intended for the electrode of the electrochemical capacitor employed in electrolytes of water with a pH of 0-16, electrolytes, organic and ionic liquids in a symmetrical arrangement, comprises subjecting a carbon material with a form of nano-structured monolithic, carbon nanotubes or layers of graphene processed low temperature plasma non-equilibrium generated in the presence of iodine vapor and optionally an inert carrier gas such as argon or helium or under stationary conditions at a flow iodine vapor and gas, where the carbon material is carbon cloth. USE - The method is useful for preparing a carbonaceous material which is useful in a electrode of electrochemical capacitor employed in electrolytes (claimed).
