NOVELTY - Preparing bacterial-resistant and oxidation-resistant latex mattress material comprises (i) calcining graphene oxide, heating, cooling and continuously roasting, cooling and placing in corona discharge discharger for corona treatment; (ii) dispersing graphene oxide into de-ionized water and adding sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid, stirring, adding pentaerythritol and transferring into reaction kettle and reacting, filtering and drying to obtain pentaerythritol grafted graphene oxide; (iii) mixing pentaerythritol grafted graphene oxide with polyether glycol and mixing, adding modified polyisocyanates, reacting, adding ethylene diamine, organotin catalyst and reacting; and (iv) mixing step (iii) product with natural latex, stirring at 50-60 degrees C and 500-600 rotations/minute for 30-40 minutes, adding ochre powder and sodium fluorosilicate, continuously stirring, transferring into foaming equipment and introducing air for stirring and foaming, transferring into mold and evaporating. USE - The method is useful for preparing bacterial-resistant and oxidation-resistant latex mattress material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bacterial-resistant and oxidation-resistant latex mattress material comprises (i) calcining 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide at 120-130 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating to 240-250 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, cooling to 140-150 degrees C and continuously roasting for 30-50 minutes, cooling to room temperature and placing in corona discharge discharger for corona treatment; (ii) dispersing 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide into 50-100 pts. wt. de-ionized water and adding 3-6 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide and 5-7 pts. wt. chloroacetic acid, stirring at 40-45 degrees C and 500-600 rotations/minute for 4-5 hours, adding 5-8 pts. wt. pentaerythritol and transferring into reaction kettle and reacting at 70-80 degrees C and 300-400 rotations/minute for 3-4 hours, filtering and drying at 40-43 degrees C to obtain pentaerythritol grafted graphene oxide; (iii) mixing 10-15 pts. wt. pentaerythritol grafted graphene oxide with 30-40 pts. wt. polyether glycol and mixing at 300-400 rotations/minute for 30-40 minutes, adding 10-15 pts. wt. modified polyisocyanates, reacting at 85-88 degrees C and 600-800 rotations/minute for 2-3 hours, adding 3-5 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. organotin catalyst and reacting for 3-5 hours; and (iv) mixing 10-15 pts. wt. step (iii) product with 60-80 pts. wt. natural latex, stirring at 50-60 degrees C and 500-600 rotations/minute for 30-40 minutes, adding 3-5 pts. wt. ochre powder and 10-15 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, transferring into foaming equipment and introducing air for stirring and foaming, transferring into mold and evaporating using steamer.
