▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Single-layer graphene aerogel is claimed. The basic unit graphene of the single-layer graphene aerogel is a sheet-type structure, and the thickness of the single-layer sheet-type structure is less than 1.2 nm. USE - The single-layer graphene aerogel is useful as non-metallic catalyst for catalyzing redox reactions under alkali or neutral conditions to prepare alkali or neutral zinc-air batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The single-layer graphene aerogel: has very thin thickness, less density and excellent uniformity, high conductivity of 869.4 S/m; exhibits excellent oxygen reduction electrocatalytic performance under alkaline and neutral conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation single-layer graphene aerogel, comprising (1) dissolving gel precursor and crystal template in water respectively to obtain aqueous solution gel precursor and aqueous solution crystal template, mixing it, injecting into a mold, and performing low-temperature gelation to obtain hybrid hydrogels, (2) freezing the hybrid hydrogel at ultra-low temperature to solidify the moisture, and freeze-drying to remove the moisture to obtain gel precursor and the crystal template containing hybrid aerogel, and (3) pyrolyzing the hybrid aerogel under a protection of an inert atmosphere, performing graphitization of hybrid aerogel, removing residual crystalline template in the hybrid aerogel, and drying to obtain final product.
