▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for detecting splice variant, involves (a) making fluorescent probe DNA by ligating fluorescent material to 5'-terminal of complementary probe DNA capable of specifically binding with nucleotide sequence of B-cell receptor-abelson murine leukemia viral oncogene homolog 1 (Bcr-Abl) fusion gene variant (splice variant)(target gene), (b) performing PCR amplification of the target gene using 2 pairs of primer and DNA polymerase in nested PCR, and (c) adding nested PCR product to graphene oxide, and detecting splice variants based on fluorescent signal.
