NOVELTY - Graphene composite fiber is graphene/nano cellulose/polyaniline/thermoplastic polyurethane composite fiber, where graphene composite fiber has mesoporous structure, and graphene composite fiber further comprises carbon nano tube, titanium dioxide nano particle and ferroferric oxide nano particles. USE - Graphene composite fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite fiber, which involves: (A) utilizing nanocrystalline cellulose, polyaniline auxiliary and using improved Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide; (B) preparing graphene oxide water phase dispersing liquid; (C) diluting nanocrystalline cellulose aqueous dispersion to 1-3 milligram/milliliter and ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hours; (D) taking 50 milliliter mixed solution into the flask, and adding 0.45 grams polyaniline, ultrasonically dispersing for 3 hours; (E) adding 0.8 milliliter hydrazine hydrate and treating 90 degrees C under magnetic force for 5 hours; (F) rotationally evaporating to proper concentration, drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide; (G) preparing thermoplastic polyurethane composite spinning solution by adding N,N-dimethyl formamide and acetone in volume ratio of 6:5 as solvent; (H) adding polyurethane and magnetic stirring for 2 hours to obtain 8 wt.% polyurethane spinning liquid; (I) adding auxiliary reducing graphene oxide powder, and carbon nano tube, titanium dioxide nano particle, ferroferric nano particle and ultrasonically dispersing for 3 hours; (J) adding diisopropyl azodicarboxylate as foaming agent and treating for 1 hour to obtain composite polyurethane spinning solution; and (K) performing melt spinning by putting polyurethane composite spinning solution by melt spinning to obtain desired product.
