NOVELTY - Graphene oxide dispersion orientation controllable reduction in matrix method comprises (a) preparing thin film composite of graphene oxide and polymer matrix by using a mixed solution coating method, (b) reducing the thin film composite material by in-situ reduction of immersion film, and (c) making graphene oxide highly oriented and dispersed by using superimposed folded film combined with hot moulding, and finally preparing the finished dielectric composite material. USE - The dielectric composite material is useful in embedded capacitors, artificial muscles, artificial skin, charge storage devices, sensors and actuators (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can make graphene oxide highly parallel orientation in the matrix; improves the dispersion of graphene oxide and forms micro-capacitance; prevents secondary agglomeration of graphene oxide; and achieves high degree of graphene oxide reduction.
