NOVELTY - High viscosity petroleum pipeline anticorrosion heat-insulating material comprises 37-39 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 21-23 pts. wt. modified polyvinyl chloride resin, 7-9 pts. wt. cellulose ether, 3-5 pts. wt. methyl sodium silicate, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium benzoate, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide and 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as high viscosity petroleum pipeline anticorrosion heat-insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The material has uniform heat preservation effect, is environment-friendly and saves a lot of energy and cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM are also included for preparing highly viscous petroleum pipeline anti-corrosion heat-insulating material comprising (1) heating the polyurethane resin to 110-120 degrees C, fully melting, adding graphene, keeping the temperature for 15-25 minutes to obtain the mixed material A, (2) heating the modified polyvinyl chloride resin to fully melting, adding sodium benzoate, stirring and keeping the temperature for 30-40 minutes to obtain the mixed material B, (3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, uniformly stirring, adding titanium pigment, stirring and keeping the temperature for 20-30 minutes at 90-100 degrees C, naturally cooling to room temperature, freezing at -37 degrees C to -33 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain mixing material, (4) adding the mixed material C to 3-4 degrees C/minutes and raising temperature to 100-110 degrees C, adding cellulose ether and methyl sodium silicate after fully melting, keeping the temperature and vacuum stirring for 40-60 minutes to obtain mixed raw material, (5) adding mixed raw material into the granulator to granulate, molding to obtain high-viscosity petroleum pipeline anti-corrosion insulating material; and #using high-viscosity petroleum pipeline anticorrosive and thermal insulation material comprising cleaning large particle stains on the inner and outer surfaces of the oil pipeline, adhering highly viscous petroleum pipeline anti-corrosion insulation materials to the inner and outer surfaces of oil pipelines carrying out uniform extrusion and pasting 2-3 layers repeatedly.
