NOVELTY - Preparing a heat and health-care composite textile fabric comprises (i) dispersing the infrared nano-ceramic powder and graphene evenly, adding nylon to disperse it evenly, adding it into the screw extruder, melting it and extruding it to form a film through a T-die; (ii) stretching obtained the film in step (i) biaxially while hot to obtain a micro porous film, preheating the textile and applying the micro porous film to the textile while hot; and (iii) pressing the laminate obtained in step (ii), frosting and winding by successive sets of hot rollers. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat and health-care composite textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: can fully disperse the far infrared nano ceramic powder and expose the interface; provides excellent infrared heating effect; and attaches the infrared nano ceramic powder firmly to the textile.
