NOVELTY - The structure has an insulation medium layer connected to a metal single wire and comprising a shielding layer. The metal single wire and shielding layer are made of graphene. A horizontal shielding is located on the insulation medium layer. Length of the shielding layer is same as that of the insulation medium layer and metal single wire. USE - Shielding layer structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure reduces the usage of different metals for the metal single wire and shielding layer.
