▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of germanium based graphene is claimed for producing antimicrobial effect. USE - The germanium based graphene is useful for producing antimicrobial effect by inhibiting growth and reproduction of Gram-positive bacteria chosen from Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, S.pneumoniae, Bacillus anthracis, and Corynebacterium diphtheriae, and Clostridium tetani, and Gram-negative bacteria is one or more chosen from Escherichia coli, Shigella, Salmonella typhi, Proteus vulgaris, Bordetella pertussis, and Vibrio cholerae, in cloths, shoes, cap, masks, and production process of jewelry or electronic products (all claimed). The germanium based graphene is also useful for providing anti-fatigue effect, preventing anemia, improving metabolism, and inhibiting tumor in human. ADVANTAGE - The germanium based graphene is nontoxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing germanium based graphene, which involves (a) providing a germanium sheet, and forming graphene on germanium sheet by chemical vapor deposition method, or (b) preparing graphene and transferring prepared graphene to germanium sheet to obtain germanium based graphene.
