NOVELTY - Use of silicon carbide whisker modified with fluorosilane coupling agent oligomer, for improving the thermal conductivity of silicon carbide ceramic plate, is claimed. USE - Use of silicon carbide whisker modified with fluorosilane coupling agent oligomer, for improving thermal conductivity of silicon carbide ceramic plate used for substrates of high-brightness LED light source (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified silicon carbide whisker provides substrate having excellent insulating performance and heat conducting performance. The grafted graphene improves the heat-resistant impact resistance and stability of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) substrate comprising a silicon carbide ceramic plate prepared using silicon carbide and the modified silicon carbide whisker, an epoxy resin layer containing gossypol grafted graphene, and an aluminum nitride radiating plate; and (2) preparation of the substrate, which involves coating the surface of silicon carbide ceramic prepared using silicon carbide and modified silicon carbide whisker, with an epoxy resin layer, and adding aluminum nitride heat radiating plate on the surface of the epoxy resin layer.
