NOVELTY - Nerve guidance conduit device (100) comprises a tubular outer housing (102) having an inner lumen (104), and a nerve-holding sections (106) positioned within the inner lumen of the housing, in which each nerve-holding section comprises at least one channels each configured to receive a nerve, and the inner lumen of the housing is divided into an alternating series of nerve-holding sections and inner lumen cavities. USE - Nerve guidance conduit device is useful for treating nerve injury (claimed), reconstructing nerve gap, treating spinal cord injury, skin regeneration and wound healing. ADVANTAGE - Nerve guidance conduit device improves regeneration performance, preferably nerve regeneration performance by providing long-term release of growth factors, and reduces growth factor.
