▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a multifunctional blood vessel stent involves preparing a dopamine coating on surface of blood vessel stent. The heparin is loaded on chitosan-functionalized graphene oxide, and then heparin-containing graphene oxide is fixed on surface of the blood vessel stent with a dopamine coating to obtain a heparin-containing blood vessel stent. The blood vessel stent is immersed in a rapamycin solution to fully adsorb and load anti-proliferative drugs to obtain a multifunctional blood vessel stent. USE - Method for preparing a multifunctional blood vessel stent. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a multifunctional blood vessel stent, which promotes endothelial cell growth due to antibacterial effect of chitosan, promotes endothelial cell growth due to anticoagulant effect of heparin and antiproliferative effect of rapamycin, inhibits clinical complications of stent implantation from multiple ways, and improves application effect of vascular stent.
