▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Obtaining graphene/copper composite nanoparticles comprises reduction of copper compounds in the presence of graphene nanoparticles, where the graphene nanoparticles are dispersed in ethyl alcohol, adding an aqueous solution of copper sulfate to the resulting dispersion and reducing the copper salt by sodium borohydride. USE - The method is useful for obtaining graphene/copper composite nanoparticles (claimed) which are useful as electrodes in micro- and nano-electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simpler and more environment-friendly; and provides nanoparticles with improved DC resistance values.
