▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-preparation method of copper-based composite material, comprises orderly overlapping copper-containing metal powder slurry, copper and graphene slurry to form composite unit, and stacking together to form composite layer; vacuum heating composite layer, pressing and sintering to obtain graphene-copper base composite material. The copper-containing metal powder slurry comprises 90-93 mass% copper-containing metal powder with grain size of 0.1-10 mu m, preferably 0.1-1 mu m. The graphene slurry comprises 98-94 wt.% graphene powder with average diameter of less than 5 mu m, preferably 1-5 mu m thickness of 5-200 nm,preferably 50-200 nm, and length-diameter ratio of 10:100, preferably 20:80. The vacuum heating, pressing and sintering steps are carried out at copper melting temperature amd 30-50 Mpa. USE - Graphene-preparation method of copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves mechanical property of graphene in the composite material. It is also simple, has low production cost, and high efficiency. The composite material has good mechanical performance especially anti-bending capability.
