▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antibacterial air-permeable porous graphene oxide/chitosan composite bracket preparation method involves producing an antibacterial metal salt, taking carboxylated graphene oxide as an antibiotic carrier, adding reducing agent and stirring for 1-24 hours. The metal ion in the solution is reduced into a metal substance, and dialysis is carried out to obtain chitosan solution. The unreacted reducing agent is removed by graphene oxide loaded antibiotic loading antibacterial metal simple substance. The oxidized graphite is dried to obtain the carboxylation of graphene oxide powder. USE - Method for preparing an antibacterial air-permeable porous graphene oxide/chitosan composite bracket. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the antibacterial air-permeable porous graphene oxide/chitosan composite bracket with better short-term antibacterial and long-term antibacterial effects, in a simple and fast manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An antibacterial air-permeable porous graphene oxide/chitosan composite bracket preparation method involves producing antibacterial metal salt, taking carboxylated graphene oxide as an antibiotic carrier, adding 0.01-0.05M reducing agent and stirring for 1-24 hours. The metal ion in the solution is reduced into metal substance, and dialysis is carried out to obtain chitosan solution. The unreacted reducing agent is removed by graphene oxide loaded antibiotic loading antibacterial metal simple substance. The oxidized graphite is freezed and dried to obtain the carboxylation of graphene oxide powder, and placed in water. The solution is mixed and injected into a mold cavity. The mold is freezed and dried to obtain a porous composite frame. The porous composite frame is placed in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution to increase strength and dried to obtain the product.
