▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene nanosheet/ionic liquid-capped aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion comprises blocked polyurethane prepolymer by an aminoimidazole-based ionic liquid, and the cation-pi interaction between the ionic liquid and the graphene nanosheet is used to improve the dispersibility and compatibility of the graphene nanosheet in the polyurethane. USE - Graphene nanosheet/ionic liquid-capped aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanosheet/ionic liquid-capped aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion has synergistically impart excellent electromagnetic shielding properties to the material, good stability and low-graphene nanometre sheet with excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene nanosheet/ionic liquid-capped aqueous polyurethane composite emulsion, which involves: (A) mixing the polyether polyol and the epoxy resin into a three-necked flask, dehydrating under a vacuum of 0.08-0.10 MPa and a temperature of 80-110 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and then adding the diisocyanate; (B) stirring a monomer at 60-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, further add with a hydrophilic chain extender, a catalyst, a chain extender and acetone, and reacted at 60-90 degrees C for 1-4 hours to obtain an isocyanate-based seal, polyurethane prepolymer at the end; (C) adding an aminoimidazolyl ionic liquid to the isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer obtained to block the polyurethane segment, and reacting at 70-90 degrees C to obtain an ionic liquid-terminated polyurethane prepolymer; and (D) cooling the obtained reaction liquid to room temperature, neutralized with triethylamine, and then further added with graphene nanosheets and deionized water to uniformly disperse the graphene under high-speed shearing, and remove the acetone solvent under reduced pressure to obtain the desired product.
