NOVELTY - Antistatic filter material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. antistatic polymer, 100-150 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and 2-5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The antistatic filter material is useful for in tangential flow compressed air filter device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Antistatic filter material: improves the filtering efficiency of tangential flow compressed air filter device; and prolongs the use of filter media longevity while reducing the footprint of filtration system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing antistatic filter material, comprising (i) dissolving dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate in ethanol, adding hydrochloric acid solution, heating to 50-70degreesC, stirring for 2-4 hour, concentrating under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to obtain intermediate i.e. N-ethyl-2-(methacryloyloxy)-N-methylethanaminium chloride (I), and (ii) adding the intermediate obtained in step (i) and styrene into ethanol, adding 0.5-1% initiator azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) based on the total mass of monomer, carrying out reaction at 60-70degrees Celsius for 8-10 hours, adding ether for precipitation, washing and drying to obtain antibacterial polymer; and (2) tangential flow compressed air filter device, comprising: air filtering device main body whose front upper end is provided with air inlet, and back is provided with air outlet; the air filtering device main body provided with filtering component which includes pre-trapping layer and main trapping layer; the outer surfaces of pre-collection layer and main collection layer are provided with breathable covering material layer; the material of main collection layer made of porous filter membrane made of antistatic filter material, and the surface of filter membrane is covered with filtering micropores.
