NOVELTY - An iron oxide-modified graphene-silicone rubber composite material is prepared by adding 100 mass parts silicone rubber to a twin roll, mixing, adding 41-45 mass parts white carbon black, 12-15 mass parts hexamethyldisilazane and 1.5-2.8 mass parts polyvinylsilicone oil, mixing for 12-15 minutes, adding 0.5-1.5 mass part iron oxide-modified graphene nanoparticles, mixing, adding 1.1-1.5 mass part 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-t-butylperoxyhexane, mixing, adding obtained mixture into a mold, hot-pressing at 160-200 degrees C for 8-12 minutes under pressure of 8-12 MPa, and naturally cooling. USE - Iron oxide-modified graphene-silicone rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The iron oxide-modified graphene-silicone rubber composite material has improved tensile strength after aging, and thermal stability (by addition of iron oxide and graphene). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An iron oxide-modified graphene-silicone rubber composite material is prepared by adding 100 mass parts silicone rubber to a twin roll, mixing at 42-48 degrees C for 3-8 minutes, adding 41-45 mass parts white carbon black, 12-15 mass parts hexamethyldisilazane and 1.5-2.8 mass parts polyvinylsilicone oil, mixing for 12-15 minutes, adding 0.5-1.5 mass part iron oxide-modified graphene nanoparticles, mixing for 6-9 minutes, adding 1.1-1.5 mass part 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-t-butylperoxyhexane, mixing for 9-12 minutes, adding obtained mixture into a mold, hot-pressing at 160-200 degrees C for 8-12 minutes under pressure of 8-12 MPa, cooling, placing cured film in an environment of 180-220 degrees C for 3-5 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature of 20-25 degrees C. The silicone rubber is methylvinyl silicone rubber. The iron oxide-modified graphene nanoparticles are prepared by dissolving 1-2.5 mass parts iron nitrate nonahydrate in 100-300 mL anhydrous ethanol, adding 0.1-0.5 mass part graphene (reduced graphene oxide), ultrasonically dispersing for 2-4 hours, adding 0.5-2 mass parts sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, stirring until sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is completely dissolved, adding 34-55 mass parts aqueous ammonia, aging for 20-40 minutes, washing obtained product, vacuum-drying at 55-65 degrees C for 70-76 hours, calcining dried product at 500-700 degrees C for 4-6 hours in an inert gas atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature of 20-25 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of iron oxide-modified graphene-silicone rubber composite material.
