NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene nanostructure involves preparing a solution (S100) by dispersing graphene powder in deionized water, preparing a solution (S102) by dispersing metal oxide in deionized water, mixing solutions (a) and (b), adding (S106) nitrogen-containing aqueous solution, adding (S108) oxidizing agent to the mixture (S104), filtering, washing and drying (S110), and irradiating (S112) microwave to the mixture. USE - Manufacture of graphene nanostructure used for energy storage device (all claimed) e.g. lithium secondary battery, gas sensor and hydrogen reservoir. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene nanostructure with excellent electrochemical performance and suppressed generation of toxic gas.
