NOVELTY - Graphene modified carbon black/calcium carbonate/polycaprolactone composite conductive polymer material comprises 60-70 wt.% polycaprolactone, 2-6 wt.% graphene oxide, 20-30 wt.% carbon black and 4-8 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate. USE - Graphene modified carbon black/calcium carbonate/polycaprolactone composite conductive polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved conductive performance and enhanced mechanical property. The method has reduced preparation cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified carbon black/calcium carbonate/polycaprolactone composite conductive polymer material comprising: (A) adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the reactor, keeping temperature at - 10-5 degrees C, adding a mixture of graphite and sodium nitrate, stirring, performing high speed agitation, adding 5-10 batches of potassium permanganate and reacting at 5-15 degrees C for 3-8 minutes; (B) standing at room temperature for 30 minutes; (C) reacting at high temperature, adding distilled water, heating at 95-100 degrees C and stirring for 15 minutes; (D) purifying, diluting, adding hydrogen peroxide, removing potassium permanganate and manganese dioxide, filtering, washing off sulfate ions with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, taking filter cake, vacuum-drying in oven for 72 hours to obtain graphene oxide, grinding, sealing and storing; (E) adding distilled water to form suspension, ultrasonically stripping for 3-5 hours, filtering, placing filter cake in a drying oven at 40-60 degrees C for 40-50 hours to obtain dilute graphene oxide, grinding and sealing; (F) taking 60-70 wt.% polycaprolactone, 2-6 wt.% graphene oxide, 20-30 wt.% carbon black and 4-8 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, placing nano-calcium carbonate particles, carbon black and graphene oxide in ethanol aqueous solution, magnetically stirring for 1-3 hours, mixing to obtain dispersion, mixing in high shear emulsifier for 30 minutes, adjusting solution pH value to 4-5, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 20-28 hours, centrifuging, washing with ethanol for 4-6 times and drying in vacuum oven at 70-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours; (G) dispersing mixture of graphene-modified nano-calcium carbonate particles and nanocarbon black in N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent, mechanically agitating polycaprolactone with N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent, mixing the two dispersing solutions, stirring for 20-28 hours, volatilizing N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent under stirring at 70-90 degrees C to obtain polycaprolactone functional composite material; and (H) treating with ethanol, repeatedly washing with distilled water, drying at 40-60 degrees C, blending by torque rheometer at 120 degrees C, granulating, repeatedly washing with ethanol and distilled water and drying at constant temperature.
