NOVELTY - Composite material has not less than 50 wt.% semi-crystalline polymer and not less than 5 % wt.% crystalline polymer. The semi-crystalline/crystalline polymer comprises phenylene, ketone bond and ether bond structure. The semi-crystalline polymer has a melt mass flow rate (MFR) of not less than 10 g/10 minutes, and a heat distortion temperature of 140-160degrees Celsius. The crystalline polymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 160-180degrees Celsius, and a melting point (Tm) of 350-380degrees Celsius. A heat distortion temperature of the composite material is not less than 310degrees Celsius. USE - The composite material is useful for automobile parts, bearing retainer, cam, airplane operating rod and petroleum drilling device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved mechanical property, thermal performance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising: (i) mixing and grinding semi-crystalline polymer and crystalline polymer; (ii) placing ground blend obtained in step (i) into blending device to agitate at high speed; and (iii) injecting and extruding blend obtained in step (ii) to obtain powder, granular or pill-shaped composite material.
