NOVELTY - Glass with color changing and power generating function comprises a transparent cover plate (30) located on a side of a counter electrode layer. A sealing space is formed between the transparent cover plate and a perovskite solar cell on a non-perovskitic solar cell area. A thermochromic functional catalyst (32) is filled in the sealing space for adjusting a temperature of a halide perovkite layer to adjust a transmittance of the glass. The transparent conductive glass substrate (10) is provided with an electron transmission layer (21), a halide perovskite layer (22) laminated on the electron transfer layer, and a counter-electrode layer laminate on the halide perovskite layer. USE - The glass with color changing and power generating function is useful in perovskite solar cell for green building. ADVANTAGE - The glass has color changing and power-generating function, enhanced light transmission and becomes transparent glass, high photovoltaic power generation and high transmittance, and reduces temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing glass with color-changing and generating function.
