▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing three-dimensional graphene-polymer complex comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide and hydrophilic liquid containing magnetic nanoparticle to obtain liquid droplet, where hydrophilic liquid is obtained by phase-separation of hydrophobic liquid; (ii) heating the liquid droplet to obtain three-dimensional graphene-magnetic nanoparticle complex; and (iii) soaking the three-dimensional graphene-magnetic nanoparticle complex in monomer solution and polymerizing. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing three-dimensional graphene-polymer complex (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: achieves synthesis of three-dimensional crumpled graphene with uniform structure based on micro-fluidic droplet system; and produces popcorn type graphene and ensures control of size, morphology, flow rate and concentration during production process in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for three-dimensional graphene-polymer complex, prepared by the above method.
