NOVELTY - Energy-saving and environment-friendly modified acrylic resin comprises 20-40 pts. wt. thermosetting acrylic resin, 18-35 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 15-30 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 0.6-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nanosilicon dioxide, 3-8 pts. wt. expansion graphite, 3-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 1-3 pts. wt. non-ionic surfactant, 2-4 pts. wt. aqueous antifoaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. aqueous rust-proof agent, 1-5 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. glycol, and 25-50 pts. wt. water. USE - Energy-saving and environment-friendly modified acrylic resin used in box body of washing machine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin improves dispersibility, adhering ability, heat resistance, simple method, low cost, good glossiness, and excellent protection and decoration effect. It is safe and environment-friendly. It prolongs service life of washing machine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of energy-saving and environment-friendly modified acrylic resin comprising heating thermosetting resin to 115-135 degrees C, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonic oscillating for 1-2 hours, and mixing to obtain modified acrylic resin; mixing modified acrylic resin, aqueous epoxy resin, aqueous polyurethane resin and water, stirring to 1000 revolutions/minute (rpm) at 600 degrees C, and mixing for 30-50 minutes to obtain mixed solution; mixing nanosilicon dioxide, expandable graphite, kaolin and benzoic acid into polyol, adding non-ionic surfactant, heating to 60-90 degrees C, stirring at 300-500 rpm, and mixing to obtain modified auxiliary agent; and adding mixed solution and modified auxiliary agent, stirring, mixing for 15-25 minutes, adding waterborne defoaming agent and aqueous rust inhibitor, and stirring to 650 rpm at 450 degrees C for 30-50 minutes.
