▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant graphene coated tube, comprises (i) mixing and stirring graphene, fluororesin, molybdenum disulfide, solid lubricant, amphoteric compound, dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, oleic acid-based hydroxyethyl imidazoline, flame retardant, solvent, tungsten oxide and additive, then heating and dispersing, and allowing to stand, (ii) cleaning the outer surface of tube to be coated and sprayed, and roughly sanding the surface, then spraying the spraying agent obtained in step (i) on the outside of the polished tube, and (iii) dissolving and sintering the tube after spraying in step (ii) at high temperature, and then cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for processing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant graphene coated tube. ADVANTAGE - The coated tube: has extremely strong wear resistance properties; and passes universal mechanical tester mechanical properties and friction tests. The coating: has excellent self-lubricating wear resistance, and coating thickness of 50 mu m; and ensures long-term work of substrate in wear resistance condition.
