NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature resistant elastic graphene aerogel material comprises (i) uniformly stirring and mixing graphene oxide solution, reducing agent, surfactant and high temperature phase change material to obtain a precursor foam, (ii) subjecting the precursor foam to a hydrothermal reduction reaction to obtain a graphene wet gel compounded with a high-temperature phase change material, (iii) performing directional freezing and freeze drying of the graphene wet gel in sequence to obtain a graphene aerogel compounded with a high-temperature phase change material, (iv) placing two open containers each containing silicon-containing precursor and catalyst solution in closed container, placing the graphene aerogel in the closed container, after vacuuming, closing the valve and heating, so that silicon dioxide nano film grows on the surface of the graphene aerogel to obtain coated graphene aerogel, and (v) thermally annealing the coated graphene aerogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing high temperature resistant elastic graphene aerogel material. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel material: has pore structure size between 50 and 200 mu m, pore wall thickness of 2-10 mu m, strong skeleton structure, uniform the pore size distribution and excellent elasticity (rebound rate more than 90% when compressed by 50%); contains high-temperature phase change materials; has thin layer of silicon dioxide; is not easy to oxidize; and can be used in high-temperature environments.
