NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material plating layer includes dispersing graphene oxide in an ionic liquid, using the ionic liquid as a plating solution, and depositing graphite on a cathode substrate by a current control pulse. The composite coating, the current control pulse includes a positive pulse period when the current is negative on the deposition surface, and a pause period when the current is zero. The ionic liquid is used as a plating solution, and a graphene composite material coating layer is deposited on a cathode substrate by a voltage control pulse. The voltage control pulse includes a positive pulse period when a voltage is negative on a deposition surface, and the voltage is zero-valued pauses. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite material plating layer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene composite material plating layer, which does not need high temperature and high vacuum, can be applied to large area graphene composite material coating or film production, and it can really realize green production.
