NOVELTY - Preparing graphene dispersion liquid, comprises dispersing Hummers method graphene oxide in solvent, mixing, ultrasonicating and centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; carrying out quick freezing process of graphene oxide dispersion; adding the frozen products of graphene oxide dispersion and solvent into a reaction vessel, and naturally heating the system; adding a reducing agent into the system, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain solid materials; and adding the solid material into solvent, ultrasonically washing, and carrying out centrifuge separation. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene dispersion liquid is black viscous slurry, has high conductivity, good thermal stability, and easy to disperse completely into single layer graphene sheet structure. The method has simple operation, ensures high yield and low cost, and is suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene dispersion liquid, comprises (i) dispersing Hummers method graphene oxide in solvent, mixing, ultrasonicating and centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide dispersion; (ii) adding the graphene oxide dispersion into high-pressure spray tank, pressurized spraying the graphene oxide dispersion into a liquid nitrogen container, carrying out quick freezing process at -80 degrees C to obtain frozen products of graphene oxide dispersion; (iii) adding the frozen products of graphene oxide dispersion and solvent into a reaction vessel, and naturally heating the system at room temperature; (iv) at room temperature, adding acid regulator into the above system so as to adjust the pH to 4-11; (v) adding a reducing agent into the system, where the mass ratio of reducing agent to graphene oxide is 1:2-5:1, heating to react at 60-70 degrees C for 8-14 hours, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain solid materials; and (vi) adding the solid material into solvent, ultrasonically washing with cleaning agent, and carrying out centrifuge separation. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene dispersion liquid, prepared as mentioned above.
