▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced composite material comprises depositing graphene on copper sheet using electro-deposition method to obtain graphene/copper composite material, overlapping nickel sheet, graphene/copper composite material in sealed container, vacuumizing and heating, and hot rolling. The method further comprises placing a layer of isolation cloth on the bottommost layer and topmost layer respectively to the sealed container. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and suitable for large-scale production; has short production period, safety in production and strong designability; uses physical electro-deposition grapheme; improves the combination of graphene and metal substrate; can uniformly distribute the graphene on the metal substrate and adjust the thickness of the graphene layer by changing the size of the deposition voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-reinforced composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
