▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming a base carbon heating element (302), and determining target electrical resistance of a laser-induced graphene (LIG) heater to be fabricated from the heating element (304). A targeted LIG pattern is determined (306), where the pattern provides the resistance. Laser energy is directed (308) on to the element based on the pattern to form a LIG region that defines the pattern from the heater having the resistance, where a region of a carbon-based precursor receiving the laser energy is converted into LIG that defines a region. The region is formed (310) to reduce the resistance of the element. USE - Method for tuning electrical resistance of an LIG heater (claimed), of a heating system of an aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The method enables tuning the electrical resistance of the LIG heater in an efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an LIG heater. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for tuning electrical resistance of an LIG heater. 302Step for forming base carbon heating element 304Step for determining target electrical resistance of LIG heater to be fabricated from heating element 306Step for determining targeted LIG pattern 308Step for directing laser energy on to element 310Step for forming region to reduce resistance of element
