NOVELTY - Producing fluidized lime, comprises (i) washing the limestone raw material with water to remove impurities, drying it, and crushing to a crushed stone with a diameter of 8-10mm by a hammer crusher, adding crushed stone into a vertical mill for grinding and sieving to make limestone powder with a particle size of 4-6mm; (ii) mixing additives of dispersant, hydrophobic agent and fluidization enhancer; (iii) adding limestone powder and mixed additive into the mixer to mix uniformly to obtain calcined raw materials; (iv) passing calcined raw materials into the boiling kiln for calcination, separating by a cyclone and cooling to obtain semi-finished lime products; and (v) grinding semi-finished lime product by vertical mill, drying, passing through a 250-mesh sieve, and separating it by a cyclone to obtain the finished lime product. USE - The method is useful for producing fluidized lime. ADVANTAGE - The fluidizing lime can effectively cover the hydrophobic agent on the surface of the lime, making the product increase fluidity, and isolating the atmosphere to avoid the lime powder absorbing the moisture in the air to affect the molten steel when the limestone powder is affected by the steel-making desulfurization, at the same time, it avoids the pipeline blockage during the steel making desulfurized. The lime semi-finished product, calcium oxide content is 90%.
