NOVELTY - An aqueous coating comprises aqueous epoxy-modified acrylic emulsion, pH adjusting agent, dispersant, defoaming agent, graphene oxide, carbon black, rutile titanium dioxide, anticorrosive pigment, extinction powder, heavy calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, anti-settling agent, film-forming additives, wetting agent, leveling agent, antirust agent, thickener and deionized water. USE - Aqueous coating for motor housing. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous coating has improved antirust effect, strong adhesion property and high hardness, is environmentally-friendly and safe to human body, and dries quickly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous coating comprises 4-50 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy-modified acrylic emulsion, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. pH adjusting agent, 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.05-3 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-20 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 2-10 pts. wt. anticorrosive pigment, 0.5-4 pts. wt. extinction powder, 0.5-8 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 3-8 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 0.05-0.15 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. film-forming additives, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antirust agent, 0.1-1.2 pts. wt. thickener and 6-16 pts. wt. deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous coating, which involves mixing raw materials, stirring, drying, crushing, sieving, adding water and filtering.
