▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-iron oxide based composite electric conduction rubber comprises 10-30 wt.% conductive filler, 70-90 wt.% graphene oxide and 20-40 wt.% iron oxide, where a rubber substrate is dispersed in resin basal body. USE - Graphene oxide-iron oxide based composite electric conduction rubber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-iron oxide based composite electric conduction rubber is cost-effective and prepared in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide-iron oxide based composite electric conduction rubber, which involves: (A) dispersing grapheme oxide in deionized water and then adding the dispersed material with sodium acetate and ferric chloride hexahydrate; (B) stirring the obtained material for 2-4 hours and then subjecting the stirred material to perform hydrothermal reaction at 130-200 degrees C for 8-16 hours; (C) cooling the reacted material to room temperature and then washing the cooled material with alcohol and water at -70 to -50 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide-iron oxide conductive filler; (D) dispersing the obtained filler in tetrahydrofuran to obtain solution A and then dissolving resin basal body in tetrahydrofuran to obtain solution B; (E) mixing solution A and B and then stirring the mixed material for 15-25 hours; (F) casting and drying the stirred material to obtain composite resin film and then dissolving curing agent in acetone; (G) applying the dissolved material on the surface of composite resin film; and (H) removing acetone at room temperature and then molding the obtained material to obtain the desired product.
