▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene-ceramic microsphere additive, involves (a) firstly adding 15-25 pts. wt. nano-ceramic microspheres, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant into 80-100 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide colloid to uniformly disperse, so that the graphene oxide and aluminum hydroxide colloid solution fully coat the ceramic microspheres, and then using a homogenizer to disperse to obtain dispersion, (b) spray-drying the dispersion obtained in step (a) with high pressure and heating, and collecting to obtain pretreated particles, (c) putting the pretreated particles obtained in step (b) in a hydrazine hydrate solution, ultrasonically oscillating, refluxing, filtering, and drying to obtain composite microspheres with graphene microchips coated na-ceramic microspheres, and (d) firstly mixing 3-6 pts. wt. composite microspheres with 1-2 pts. wt. fatty acids, and grinding and collecting by a sand mill to obtain the additive. USE - The method is used for preparation of graphene-ceramic microsphere additive for lubricating oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive has high anti-wear properties, and produces a excellent micro-bearing rolling effect and a low friction coefficient. The coated graphene micro-sheets of the nano-ceramic microspheres are partially ground and peeled off under high load to separate the single graphene, which can rapidly repair the micro-defects of wear and improve the wear resistance of the lubricant/lubricating oil.
