▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene cement-based composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. water, 100 pts. wt. cement, 0.35-2 pts. wt. naphthalene, 0.5-4 pts. wt. graphite, and 100-300 pts. wt. standard sand. USE - Modified graphene cement-based composite material used in preparing pressure sensitive sensor (claimed) for concrete structure monitoring, traffic flow statistics and road de-icing. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene cement-based composite material has simple preparation method, high mechanical strength, good durability, and compact structure. The pressure sensitive sensor prepared from the composite material has stress and strain monitoring sensitive signals, low noise, stable service, and good compatibility with concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the modified graphene cement-based composite material comprising: (A) adding naphthalene in 50-80% water, stirring uniformly, and obtaining naphthalene solution; (B) adding graphene powder batches naphthalene solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain uniform dispersion of modified graphene suspension liquid; and (C) mixing the graphene suspension, adding to the dry cement powder, adding sand and water, stirring uniformly, vibrating light to compact, and curing to obtain modified graphene cement-based composite material.
