NOVELTY - A porous inorganic ceramic membrane-graphene-titanium dioxide-photocatalyst material comprises coal cinder as raw material to prepare porous inorganic ceramic membrane carrier, and graphene and titanium dioxide composite loaded on surface of carrier to obtain porous inorganic ceramic membrane graphene modified titanium dioxide carbon nanotube photocatalyst material. The catalyst comprises (wt.%) carrier (50-80) and graphene-titanium dioxide composite (20-50). The graphene-titanium dioxide composite comprises (wt.%) graphene (3-5) and titanium dioxide (95-97). USE - A porous inorganic ceramic membrane-graphene-titanium dioxide-photocatalyst material. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst material has improved surface absorption property, high mechanical strength, improved electronic transportation property, and improved catalytic capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing the porous inorganic ceramic membrane-graphene titanium dioxide-photocatalyst composite comprising: (A) grinding coal cinder to obtain powder having a size of 0.06-0.09 mm, adding foaming agent (10 wt.%) having grain diameter of 0.02 mm, press-forming at a pressure of 38 MPa, calcining pressed formed product at 1100 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain fly ash porous inorganic ceramic piece, and grinding to obtain porous ceramic membrane having a size of 0.1-0.3 mm; (B) adding graphene into absolute ethanol, ultrasonic processing for 15 minutes, adding n-butyl titanate, and ultrasonic processing to obtain graphene-titanium dioxide composite material; and (C) adding prepared porous inorganic ceramic membrane and acetic acid solution (0.5 mol/l), ultrasonic processing to obtain porous inorganic ceramic membrane-graphene titanium dioxide photocatalyst material sol, aging at room temperature for several days, drying at 80 degrees C for 10 hours, and calcining at 550 degrees C for 1.5 hours.
