NOVELTY - Conductive paste comprises 8- 24 pts. wt. bonding agent, 1.3-3.3 pts. wt. functional auxiliary agent, 5-9 pts. wt. conductive agent, 4-8 pts. wt. low temperature alloy, 65-80 pts. wt. conductive silver powder. USE - The paste is useful for repairing silver layer of dielectric filter and communication field. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paste forms cured film on the surface of silver layer to be repaired, ensures the conductive agent is uniformly dispersed in the cured film, makes the cured film has excellent conductivity, reduces the waste of time and resources, and avoids the risk of dark cracks in the porcelain body, ensures the reliability and stability of the dielectric filter repaired by the conductive paste are better, and has low curing temperature and short time and does not affect the thermal resistance of the ceramic body in the dielectric filter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive paste, comprising adding 8-24 pts. wt. adhesive into epoxy resin slurry, adding the functional auxiliary agent into the curing agent component, the conductive agent, the low temperature alloy, the conductive silver powder and the epoxy resin slurry according to predetermined proportion, stirring uniformly, allowing to stand for 10-20 minutes to form first mixed slurry, dispersing the first mixed slurry uniformly, adding 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent into the dispersed first mixed slurry to obtain second mixed slurry, stirring the second mixed slurry uniformly and filtering.
