NOVELTY - Graphene-based rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 0.1-20 pts. wt. graphenepolyvinyl alcohol compound, 0.5-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 30-60 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-6 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator and 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. scorch retarder. USE - Used as graphene-based rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material is simple and enhances the graphene dispersion in the rubber mixing process and improves each performance index of rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the Graphene-based rubber, comprising (i) preparing graphene-polyvinyl alcohol compound comprises (a) dispersing the graphene oxide in the de-ionized water under 100-800 W power ultrasound for 1-3 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, where the concentration of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 0.01-5 g/l, (b) dissolving the polyvinyl alcohol in de-ionized water, where the mass concentration of aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1-10 % to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ultrasonic dispersing for 10 minutes at 100-800 W power to 1 hours to obtain the graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol dispersion, where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol is 1:10-100, (iii) adding isopropanol, graphene oxidepolyvinyl alcohol dispersion in a volume ratio of 100:1-5, reducing graphene oxide using gamma ray to graphene to obtain the graphene-polyvinyl alcohol dispersion, (d) placing at room temperature for 2-24 hours to prepare the graphene-polyvinyl alcohol compound, (ii) adding 100 pts. wt. rubber in the internal mixer, 0.1-20 pts. wt. prepared graphene-polyvinyl alcohol compound, 0.5-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 30-60 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. age inhibitor to Banbury mixer rotor, rotating at a speed of 45- 55 rotation/minute of internal pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa, refining for 50-140 seconds, discharging at 150-165 degrees C to obtain a master batch, and (iii) continuously adding 2-6 pts. wt. continuously in the step (2) to obtain a section of rubber master batch, 0.5-2 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. accelerator and scorch retarder to Banbury mixer rotor at a speed of 20-40 rotation/minute under upper plug pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa, refining for 50-130 seconds and discharging at 90-110 degrees C.
